视觉论坛的各种资源，除了视觉相关的模块有使用外，大部分的都不会使用，所以仅提供资源不能提供技术支持。资源的下载地址一般会同时提供NI官方地址和百度网盘的下载地址。某些工具包NI的地址失效或没有NI的下载地址，那视觉论坛也没有办法，只能尝试使用百度网盘地址下载；如果百度网盘的下载地址失效过期，可联系论坛客服更新。现在NI的下载服务器对我国IP地址不是很友好，有些时候速度很慢或大的资源下载很容易出错，这样会造成安装过程各种类型报错而无法安装。建议在下载完成后，对下载资源做校验和验证（NI一般会提供MD5或SHA256等），与官方或视觉论坛提供的校验和对比，一致就可以安装，如果不一致，则需要重新下载。视觉论坛早期下载的资源，那时候NI没有这么多限制，基本上都是正常下载的资源；后期下载的资源，都与NI的正确校验和对比过，保证是正确的资源才上传到百度网盘，所以百度网盘的资源基本上是正确的。校验和工具下载地址：

New Features

NI-SWITCH 4.3.5 adds support for LabVIEW 2011 (32-bit) and LabVIEW 2011 (64-bit)
NI-SWITCH 4.3 includes the following new features:

  • Support for the NI PXI-2530B and NI PXI-2571 modules.

  • Dynamic power budget for NI SwitchBlock cards and carriers.

NI-SWITCH 4.1 includes the following new features:

  • Support for the NI SwitchBlock, including the NI PXI-2800, NI 2810, NI 2811, NI 2815, and NI 2816.

  • Addition of the Analog Bus Sharing Enable property and the NISWITCH_ATTR_ANALOG_BUS_SHARING_ENABLE attribute.

  • Creation of the NI Switch Health Center for the maintenance of the NI SwitchBlock.

NOTES:  NI-SWITCH does not support legacy resource descriptors (SCXI:: and PXI::) under Windows 7/Vista.

NI-SWITCH supports the NI USB-1359 under Windows XP and the 32-bit version of Windows 7/Vista. NI-SWITCH does not support the NI USB-1359 under the 64-bit version of Windows 7/Vista.

If you are using a cabled PXI chassis, notice that MXI-4 is supported under Windows 7/Vista/XP, but MXI-3 is supported under only Windows XP.

System RequirementsSupported Operating Systems

NI-SWITCH 4.3.5 and later and NI-DAQmx 9.3.5 and later support the following operating systems:

  • Windows 7 (32-bit and 64-bit)

  • Windows Vista (32-bit and 64-bit)

  • Windows XP SP2 (32-bit)

  • Windows Server 2003 R2 (32-bit)

  • Windows Server 2008 R2 (64-bit)

NOTE:  NI-SWITCH 4.3.5 and later and NI-DAQmx 9.3.5 and later do not support Windows Server non-R2 editions.
It is recommended that you have the most recent service pack for your operating system installed. Windows 2000 users must use NI-SWITCH 4.0.1 or earlier.

Supported Real-Time Operating Environments

NI-SWITCH 4.3.5 and later and NI-DAQmx 9.3.5 and later support the following real-time operating environments:

  • LabVIEW Real-Time Module

  • LabWindows/CVI Real-Time Module

Minimum System

  • Processor—Pentium III/Celeron 600 MHz or equivalent

  • RAM

    • Windows XP: 128 MB

    • Windows 7/Vista: 512 MB

  • Microsoft Internet Explorer 5.5 or later

  • A screen resolution of 800 x 600 with 256 colors

  • Windows 7/Vista/XP, with all available critical updates and service packs

Recommended System

  • Processor—Pentium 4 or equivalent

  • RAM

    • Windows XP: 256 MB

    • Windows 7/Vista: 1 GB

  • A screen resolution of 1,024 x 768

  • Windows 7/Vista/XP, with all available critical updates and service packs

  • If you are running your application on an RT target, 64 MB of memory or more is recommended.

Examples

Refer to Start»All Programs»National Instrument»NI-SWITCH»Examples for the examples for the supported ADEs. The examples cover immediate operations, synchronous scanning, handshaking, and software triggering. A complete example list is available in the NI Switches Help.
Refer to the Installed File Names and Locations section for the installed locations of the example sets.

Uninstalling/Modifying NI-SWITCH

For Windows XP, complete the following steps:

  • Launch the Control Panel by selecting Start»Control Panel.

  • Double-click Add/Remove Programs.

  • Select National Instruments Software.

  • Click Change/Remove.

  • Select NI-SWITCH 4.x from the dialog box that appears.

  • Click Remove to uninstall the product; click Modify to change the components that are installed.

For Windows 7/Vista, complete the following steps:

  • Launch the Control Panel by selecting Start»Control Panel.

  • Double-click Programs and Features.

  • Select National Instruments Software.

  • Click the Uninstall/Change button.

  • Select NI-SWITCH 4.x from the dialog box that appears.

  • Click Remove to uninstall the product; click Modify to change the components that are installed.

As part of the NI-SWITCH installation, the following list of software was installed. To completely remove NI-SWITCH from your system, you must remove all of these packages also.

  • NI IVI Compliance Package 4.4

  • NI Measurement & Automation Explorer 5.0

  • NI-DAQmx 9.3.5

  • NI-VISA 5.0

  • NI Spy 2.7.2

Caution  Several of the software packages listed above are shared with other NI software packages. If you attempt to remove a piece of software that something else is dependent on, a message launches to warn you about the software dependencies. You can choose to either uninstall all of the software or to leave the shared software installed. If you choose to uninstall the shared software, some of your other NI software may no longer function correctly.

Notice Regarding Microsoft Silverlight Installation and RedistributionInstalling Microsoft Silverlight

If you do not have Silverlight installed on your computer, but you do have Internet access, you can download the installer from Microsoft at http://www.microsoft.com/silverlight/. If you do not have Internet access, you can install Silverlight from this NI distribution media.

Using Microsoft Silverlight

You may not use any H.264/MPEG-4 AVC and/or VC-1 technology or codecs included in or with Microsoft Silverlight software which may be provided by NI as Third Party Software, including for the purpose of encoding or decoding video in compliance with, or making use of, the H.264/AVC visual standard or the VC-1 video standard.
